Leganto for Bellevue University Students

Overview

Leganto provides access to course resources assigned by your instructor, including books, journal articles, videos, websites, and PDFs from the Bellevue University Library and other online sources. Because these resources are integrated directly into your Blackboard Ultra course, you can easily locate, access, and manage the materials you need throughout your course.

Leganto Access

When you select a course resource link in Blackboard Ultra that is configured to use Leganto, the Leganto interface opens automatically. Depending on how your instructor has configured the resource, Leganto may display a reading list or take you directly to a specific item, such as a book, journal article, video, website, or PDF.

In addition to providing access to course resources, Leganto includes tools that help you organize and manage your course resources. You can save items to your Favorites list, add private notes, track your progress by marking items as completed, create citations, and report broken or missing links directly from the resource page. Leganto Features

• Adding Items to Favorites: Save resources from your instructor's reading lists or add your own resources from the library. Favorites remain available across your courses while you are enrolled at Bellevue University.
• Adding Private Notes: Add personal notes to resources for future reference.
• Marking Items as Done: Mark resources as completed to track your reading progress.
• How to Create a Citation Using Quick Cite: Generate a citation for a resource using a supported citation style, including APA and MLA.
• Marking Link as Broken / Report Problem with File / Report Missing Link: Report broken links, missing links, or file access issues directly from a resource page.

Additional Information

• Mobile Experience: Leganto works on mobile devices, allowing you to view reading lists and access course resources. Some editing features are only available when using a Windows or Mac computer.
