Financial Aid Disbursement

 

Financial Aid disbursements occur 14 days after the start of the first class of each term. Students will need to ensure that the following things have occurred in order to receive their disbursements:

 

  • Awards have been reviewed in the Financial Aid Portal.
  • Direct Lending Master Promissory Note is completed
  • Entrance Interview is completed if first time borrower
  • Participation has been verified by Instructor(s) for the term
  • Student is meeting Standards Academic Progress (SAP)


Students can view their disbursement information via the following steps:

 

  • Log in to BRUIN Connect with User ID and Password
  • Click on the Financial Aid Portal - Student tile
  • Once in the FA Portal, click on the Financial tab to view disbursment information.

BRUIN Support Services provides assistance on a wide range of topics to students, faculty, and staff. The team is located inside the OneStop Welcome Center and can help with financial-related issues, transcript-related concerns, and technical support. Additionally, students can use the available meeting rooms to meet with their Enrollment Counselors or Student Coaches.
