A password reset token will be sent to the Home email address on file in Bruin. When you click the link in that message, you will be brought back to the BU Password Tool, and will be able to set a new password and security questions.

Note: Due to the 24 hour password change limitation in the Bellevue University Password Policy, you may change or reset your password only once every 24 hours. However, if you have complications during this process, you may make multiple attempts until the point at which your password is actually changed.
