I registered for classes but I can't login.
Access to classes is determined based on the following criteria:
- Has your registration been completed and a confirmation of enrollment been mailed to you?
- Are your courses displayed in BRUIN under the MANAGE CLASSES page?
- If your registration has been completed, you are enrolled, and your courses appear in BRUIN, you will be able to access the Cyberactive Online Classroom three (3) days prior to the start date of your first class.
- If you were enrolled on the same day that the course started, or if the course was already in progress at the time you were enrolled, it will take approx. three (3) to six (6) hours before you can access the class in Cyberactive. This time is required to allow the automated sync process to grant your access within Cyberactive.
If you believe your enrollment has been completed, but you cannot see your courses in BRUIN, please contact your Student Coach.
If you meet all the requirements above and you still cannot access your courses in Cyberactive, please contact BRUIN Support Services for assistance.
