How and when will I receive my financial aid?

Financial Aid Disbursement

 

Financial aid disbursements are generally processed beginning approximately 14 days after the start of the term, provided that all eligibility requirements have been met. Actual disbursement dates may vary based on program requirements and institutional processing timelines.

To receive a financial aid disbursement, students must:

 

  1. Review awards in the Financial Aid Portal, as applicable.
  2. Complete the Direct Loan Master Promissory Note (MPN), if required.
  3. Complete Entrance Counseling, if required for first-time Direct Loan borrowers.
  4. Academic engagement verified, as required by institutional and federal regulations.
  5. Meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements or otherwise remain eligible for financial aid under an approved SAP status.


Students can view their disbursement information via the following steps:

 

  1. Log in to BRUIN Connect with User ID and Password. Bruinconnect.bellevue.edu
  2. Click on the Financial Aid Portal - Student tile.
  3. Once in the FA Portal, click on the Financial tab to view disbursement information.
