Arrival Dates and Orientation

We are excited to welcome you to campus soon! Please pay close attention to the details below to ensure a safe and timely arrival. If you have questions about your arrival, please let us know at iss@bellevue.edu. We can’t wait to meet you at orientation!

When to Arrive

International students must arrive by the program start date listed on their Form I-20 or DS-2019, but we encourage students to arrive earlier to get settled in Bellevue before classes start. Students may enter the U.S. up to 30 days before the program start date listed on their Form I-20 or DS-2019.

Transportation from the Airport to Bellevue University Campus

Bellevue University is not able to provide transportation from the airport to campus. Students will need to arrange airport transportation once they arrive in Omaha. You should consider arranging accommodations and transportation before arrival and know where you are going to stay once you arrive. Transportation options from the airport include Taxis (zTrip, City Taxi Inc) and rideshare apps (Uber, Lyft). Car rental options are also available at the airport, but may be limited to business hours. Hotels near Bellevue University include Surestay Plus Hotel by Best Western Omaha South (305 Fort Crook Road N), Sunrise Motel (303 Fort Crook Rd S), and more. Please Note: If you are arriving late in the evening, transportation may be more limited.
