Non-traditional Student Housing
Opening in Winter 2025, Bellevue University is proud to announce a new Non-traditional Student Housing complex as an initiative to support the needs of our diverse local student population on campus. This new complex will provide the same supportive environment as our traditional housing, but with some differences in room options and amenities to meet the needs of non-traditional students.

A limited number of units are available for on campus students who meet some of the traditional Student Housing eligibility but may have situations which prohibit them from traditional campus living. Non-traditional housing units may be available for the following students:
1. Student with no more than two child dependents. Child dependents must be under age 12 at time of move in/renewal, or;
2. Married student, or;
3. Meets secondary priority age population of 25-29 on campus student.
All criteria for traditional housing must also be met:
4. Be enrolled full-time as a degree-seeking student as determined by the Academic Catalog during each academic term of occupancy, with the exception of Summer term for continuing students;
5. Be in good academic and financial standing;
6. Not have any holds on your account that prevents enrollment;
