requirements for submitting a ticket
When you email a ticket to BRUINSupportServices@bellevue.edu, please include:
- First and Last Name
- Student ID
- Phone number
- Operating system – Windows, Mac
- Browser – Firefox, Chrome, IE, Edge, Safari, etc.
- A detailed description of the issue, including any helpful links, course information or screen shots.
