requirements for submitting a ticket

When you email a ticket to BRUINSupportServices@bellevue.edu, please include:

  • First and Last Name
  • Student ID
  • Phone number
  • Operating system – Windows, Mac
  • Browser – Firefox, Chrome, IE, Edge, Safari, etc.
  • A detailed description of the issue, including any helpful links, course information or screen shots.
