Matty Johnson: chasing the big leagues
Matty Johnson, a 2010 NAIA All-American at Bellevue University, is in his fifth season with the Boston Red Sox organization. He helped the Salem Red Sox (A) to the Carolina League Championship in 2013 and was one of the team’s top players in 2014. The outfielder is intent on climbing the ranks with the Red Sox.
Pursuit of possibilities: Hello Beautiful
Megan Goeke developed the business plan for her bridal shop, Hello Beautiful, as part of her Master of Science in Organizational Performance. Goeke opened the Kearney, Neb., shop in December 2014.
