official transcripts

Bellevue University provides official transcripts to verify your completed coursework, grades, credits, GPA, and Bellevue University-earned degrees. Bellevue University provides official transcripts through the following services:

e-transcript

E-Transcripts are official, digitally certified documents that look identical to the paper version. Each includes a secure digital signature that certifies its authenticity as a Bellevue University record.

An electronic transcript looks identical to the paper version and is available online via email. You order the transcript as you would any other transcript; however an email address is provided rather than a postal address. The recipient receives an email which explains how to access the transcript. Transcript FAQS

Electronic Transcript Fee: $10.

Electronic Transcripts sent via email within 48 hours of order, pending any holds on requestor’s account.

How to Order

Former Students and Alumni without BRUIN access: Order here.

Current Students and Alumni with BRUIN access should:

  1. Log in to BRUIN.
  2. From the BRUIN Homepage, select Academic Records.
  3. From the Degrees menu, select View Unofficial Transcript or Request Official Transcript.
  4. Selecting Request Official Transcript will take you to the official Parchment site to complete a form.

 

Note: If you were a student prior to 1985, please allow five to seven business days for electronic copies, and 10-12 business days for physical copies.

paper transcripts

Paper transcripts are printed on unique security paper which has the signature of the Registrar and the Bellevue University seal. Paper transcripts are sent to the postal address provided by the requestor.

Paper Transcript Fee: $15.

Paper transcripts are sent via First Class mail within five to seven days of order.

unofficial transcripts

You can view and print your unofficial transcript in real time through BRUIN. Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to BRUIN.
  2. From the BRUIN homepage, select the Academic Progress tile.
  3. Select View Unofficial Transcript.

transferring previous college credits

If you’re transferring from another accredited college or university, you must submit an official transcript from each institution previously attended. Transcripts must be sent directly from the issuing institution to Bellevue University’s Registrar’s Office to be considered official.

Instructions for accessing Unofficial Transcripts:

  1. A transcript can be emailed securely to busrtranscripts@bellevue.edu or physically mailed to: Bellevue University Registrar’s Office, 1000 Galvin Road South, Bellevue, NE 68005.
  2. Applicants who submit an official transcript that reflects a two-year degree from a regionally accredited postsecondary institution are not required to show proof of high school completion.
  3. Transcripts must be submitted even if credits were not earned at the previous institution or if transfer credit is not granted.
