The Registrar’s Office supports and ensures the accuracy and privacy of every student’s academic record in order to protect the value and integrity of a Bellevue University education. Here’s how we support you:
- Oversee registration, grading, degree conferrals, and diploma distribution. For course registration, go to bruinconnect.bellevue.edu (current students) or talk to your Student Coach.
- Educate the University community on student privacy rights under FERPA.
- Maintain course information and degree requirements, including the academic catalog and schedule of classes.
- Provide official and unofficial transcripts, enrollment and degree verifications, and advisement reports online. Learn more about ordering transcripts.
- Report student data to the University, as well as federal and state agencies.
- Answer questions about academic records, processes, services and transactions.
Transferring in previous college credits? Send us your transcripts.
If you’re transferring from another accredited institution, you’ll need to submit an official transcript from each college or university you’ve attended.
Here’s what to know:
- Transcripts must be sent directly from the issuing institution to Bellevue University’s Office of the Registrar to be considered official.
- Official transcripts can be sent securely by email to busrtranscripts@bellevue.edu or by mail.
- Applicants who submit a transcript showing completion of a two-year degree from a regionally accredited post-secondary institution do not need to provide proof of high school completion.
- Transcripts are required even if credits were not earned or transfer credit is not awarded.
