We welcome your families and friends to share in this memorable occasion. Tickets are not required. There is no limit to your number of guests you can invite.

doctoral hooding ceremony
Doctoral graduates are invited to a special reception on Friday, June 5, 2026, on the Bellevue University main campus. A Hooding Ceremony may be celebrated on Friday, June 5 (prior to the reception) OR Saturday, June 6 (during the commencement ceremony at the Mid-America Center), depending on the number of graduates participating.
Final details will be communicated closer to the event date.

Bellevue University streams the commencement live so those who cannot attend still have an opportunity to watch their graduate walk across the stage. Additional streaming information will be posted closer to the ceremony.
The Doctoral Hooding will be available to view live via Zoom. A link will be sent to participants in advance of the ceremony.
Both ceremonies will be recorded and available for viewing at the Bellevue University YouTube page. Recordings undergo some editing and should be available seven to 10 days after the ceremony.
