What do I need to do to set up my refund method?

Setup for my Refund

In partnership with TouchNet, Bellevue University offers two refund options. You may choose to receive refunds via direct deposit or paper check. To complete set up, follow these steps:

- Log in to BRUIN
- From the homepage, click on the Financial Account tile.
- In the left-hand menu, click the View/Pay My Bill/E-Refund menu option.
- Click the black button labeled "Financial Account Suite."

You will be taken to the TouchNet Payment Gateway, where you will login with your Student ID and BRUIN password. Once logged in, you may set up a personal financial account to receive your refund electronically.

Federal guidelines for Federal Title IV funds require Bellevue University to return stale-dated refund checks to the federal program which generated the refund. Bellevue University may not be able to request the return of Federal Title IV funds.

Refund checks from other sources (other than Federal Title IV funds) that are "stale dated" can be re-issued upon request. To do so, please contact Student Financial Services via email at stuacct@bellevue.edu.
