The Skillful User of AI in the Workplace certificate of completion provides students a practical, hands-on journey to help transform themselves into confident, ethical, and capable users of artificial intelligence technologies. This program focuses on essential AI literacy, practical application skills, and how to implement, train, and manage AI strategies in the workplace. Participants will build essential skills using and working with AI through a blend of instructional content, practical exercises, collaborative activities, and real-world applications.
