The BRUIN Experience provides you opportunities to become a member of an active learning community in order to achieve educational and career goals. The Student Affairs office encourages you to become involved in a myriad of activities, including student organizations, our nationally ranked athletic teams, and Professional Enrichment Program (PEP).
To become more familiar with important resources, local students are invited to attend On-Campus New Student Orientation and distance learners are encouraged to participate in Online New Student Orientation. Taking advantage of New Student Orientation is the first step toward accomplishing your educational goals.
The University is pleased to host a variety of speakers, forums, debates, and exhibits throughout the year. You can grab lunch at the Student Center, type a paper in the Library, or cheer on the volleyball team with Brutus, our ferocious yet friendly mascot. We call this the BRUIN Experience!
