A message from the Dean.

Dean

Dr. Matthew Davis, Ph.D., MBA

Dr. Davis has nearly four decades of experience in operations management, human resource management, and higher education administration and instruction. His background is rich in experience with implementing and administering HR management functions, quality control and assurance activities, training and development, health, safety & security programs, and academic administrative & teaching functions.

Assistant Dean

Kent Burkholder, MBA

Burkholder has over two decades of teaching experience at the higher ed level and more than thirty-five years of professional experience in business ownership, management, leadership, business development, learning program development, and course design. He also earned the Professional Certified Marketer (PCM®) designation.
