Rebecca Murdock, Ed.D., MBA

Dean Murdock has been leading the College of Business (COB) since 2015, with strategic initiatives focused on the student experience, student success, and the learner journey. Her background includes institutional strategic planning, institutional and specialized accreditation, new program development, academic and institutional assessment, as well as technology and innovation initiatives.

Assistant Dean

Jane Schaefer, Ph.D., MPA

Assistant Dean Schaefer supports the College through strategic planning and development of programs. Her experience includes non-profit human service administration, workforce development, organizational development and change management initiatives, and community partnerships and consultancy.

Assistant Dean

Sharon Rea, Ph.D., MBA

Assistant Dean Rea supports the College’s programs and students with her 30 years of experience in the Information Technology field and 20 years of experience in AVP, director, and manager positions. She has worked for Alegent Health, Cox Communications, U.S. Strategic Command, ConAgra, and Sprint Corporation.
