Jane has held executive leadership roles in higher education administration, non-profit human service administration, and teaching positions in secondary education and adjunct collegiate teaching. Her experience has encompassed family support services, workforce development, volunteer coordination, institutional strategic planning, institutional accreditation, academic program accreditation, community engagement/service-learning programs, academic program development, organizational development and change management initiatives, community partnerships and management consultancy.

Awards

Jane is a graduate of both Leadership Omaha and Leadership Columbus (Ohio). She is a Certified Professional Coach and Organizational Development Certified Professional.

Research

In addition to administration, her primary research interests are adult and continuing education and organizational development.
