Recruiting Programs
Bellevue University is pleased to offer students an on-campus recruiting program as well as participation in the Nebraska Interview Consortium Recruiting Program. Please note- Access to these programs is limited to Bellevue University students and alumni.
Nebraska Interview Consortium Recruiting Program

Registration with Nebraska College Recruiting Consortium (NCRC)-of which Bellevue University is a member-provides access to employers who are seeking students, new college graduates and experienced alumni specifically from the nine participating schools.
Benefits of Registering with the NCRC:
- Access to the JobZone, a job posting system used by employers who are particularly interested in candidates from the nine schools who are members of the NCRC. This means even more access to job openings and internship opportunities! Part-time, seasonal, and volunteer opportunities are also posted. As an added benefit, you will have access to over one million jobs posted by employers seeking internship candidates, new college grads and/or experienced alumni thoughout the US.
- On Campus Recruiting (OCR):Many employers schedule formal interview dates exclusively for students/alumni of NCRC schools for full-time and/or internship opportunities during the NCRC fall and spring OCR/Interview schedules. Once you've registered and uploaded your resume, you can submit your resume and other documents to these employers online, and if selected to interview, sign up for an interview time online. Interviews through the NCRC take place at centralized locations in Lincoln (NE Wesleyan University) or Omaha (Bellevue University's Lozier Professional Center in Northwest Omaha), depending on the employer's preference.
- Resume Referral: Some employers ask us to provide them with resumes of students and alumni from NCRC member schools for specific openings with their organizations. If your resume is posted in our online system, we can send your resume to an employer who may be a potential match for you, based on information you provide in your profile. You can also choose to have your resume displayed in an online resume book which registered employers can access and then contact you directly if they are interested.
- Email Notices and Announcements: Bellevue University's Career Avenues and the NCRC Coordinator will also be able to e-mail you about upcoming events and other job search-related information.
The NACELink System:
NACELink is a web-based, online college recruiting management system used by Bellevue University's career coaching staff in conjunction with the NCRC. It provides candidates, employers and career avenues staff with an efficient and readily accessible process that you can use from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a PC, Internet access and an email address. We strongly recommend that you use your Bellevue University email address for this program-and for your job search in general.
How Can I Participate?
You must register with the Career Coaching Center and sign a release form that allows us to forward your resume to interested employers.
Once you have registered and your signed release form is on file, you will be able to upload and submit resumes electronically from your PC. You will also be eligible for the resume referral service.
