Cybersecurity
The growing number of attacks on our cyber networks has become, in President Obama's words, one of the most serious economic and national security threats our nation faces.
Department of Homeland Security
Cybersecurity is the discipline of managing information-related risks to keep our networks safe and secure. Dedicated to advancing education in the field, the Bellevue University Center for Cybersecurity Education (CCE) offers a wide variety of interdisciplinary degrees, student resources, and community outreach events. The Center brings together the best cybersecurity education programs with highly qualified faculty who possess the kind of real world experience you expect at Bellevue University.
The National Information Assurance Education and Training Program (NIETP), under the authority of the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS), has designated Bellevue University as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance Education (CAE-IAE) for the academic years of 2012-2017.
