A moment with Bellevue University President, John B. Muller, Ph.D.

Research of more than 200,000 managers, three million employees, and ten million customers in thousands of high performance organizations has given The Gallup Organization critical insight into what makes managers great. Now this learning has been applied to our one-of-a-kind degree program.
The Bachelor of Science Degree in Strengths-Based Management begins with the strengths of the individual and builds along The Gallup Path organizational steps prescribed by conclusions from Gallup research to produce sustainable, profitable growth in an organization as well as loyal, engaged, employees.
This extraordinary alliance is the result of months of collaboration between curriculum experts here at Bellevue University and The Gallup Organization. The decision to work with Bellevue University, according to Brian Hittlet, Vice President, Business Development at The Gallup Organization, was easy. Bellevue University has the entrepreneurial spirit, understanding of adult students, expertise in delivering online education, worldwide clientele, and academic integrity that we were looking for with this program.
For our part, were very excited about the collaboration and what it means for our management students. True to our commitment to provide adults with learning that is current, relevant, and meaningful, we know there are hundreds of thousands of middle managers in corporations throughout the U.S. who are facing significant management issues every day. The Gallup Path, with all of the research that has gone into it, impresses us as strong foundation for curriculum that will meet these managers needs.
The Bachelor of Science in Strengths-Based Management is offered in a degree completion format for adults who are currently working in management, and who have at least 21 credits in Communication, Human Behavior, Human Thought, and Mathematics.
The 45-hour major core includes classes such as Principles of Management, Managerial Economics for Practicing Managers, and Maximizing Efficiency in Todays Competitive Environment. Further courses in the curriculum integrate traditional business management concepts with The Gallup Path to Business Performance. Students also complete the Kirkpatrick Signature Series at Bellevue University, a unique 9-hour cluster of courses on American Vision and Values.
Students in the Bachelor of Science in Strengths-Based Management degree completion program can take the first part of the program at the Gallup University campus in Omaha, Nebraska, and complete the degree online, or they have the option of completing the entire program online.
This is just the latest in Bellevue Universitys stable of bachelors and masters degrees that help people hone and enhance their knowledge and skills to achieve their life goals. If completing your degree and reaching your goal is something youre ready to do, call us about the new Bachelor of Science Degree in Strengths-Based Management or any of the other 38 majors we offer.
