Employee Development Programs Recognized

Chief Learning Officer Magazine awarded Bellevue University the Gold Learning in Practice Award at the Fall 2012 Chief Learning Officer Symposium September 19-21 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The award recognizes industry leaders who have demonstrated excellence in the design and delivery of employee development programs.

The University, which in previous years received "Silver" and "Bronze" honors, won the highest honor in recognition for its work with Suntrust Bank. The award acknowledges the University and SunTrust's leadership and commitment to teammate development and career growth.

The SunTrust PATHways Initiative, established by the University's Strategic Initiatives Department, is an online program leading to a bachelor's degree in Professional Banking Operations & Leadership.
