Bellevue finished the regular season with a 39-19 overall record, winning the MCAC regular season title after finishing with a 17-3 league mark. York College won the conference's automatic berth after capturing the MCAC Tournament last week in Omaha. BU finished second in the tournament.
Participants in the Paducah Opening Round site include: No. 1 seed LSU-Shreveport, No. 2 Lindsey Wilson (Ky.), No. 3 Bellevue, No. 4 Peru State, and No. 5 Grand View.
LSU-Shreveport has been ranked No. 1 in the NAIA National Poll for six-consecutive weeks. Lindsey Wilson is currently ranked No. 11. Bellevue and former MCAC foe Peru State both received votes in the latest poll.
