Hare, Guetterman to present at Leeds
Joe Hare, Associate Director of the Human Capital Lab, and Tim Guetterman, a Research Data Analyst at Bellevue University, have been invited to present their research at the Mixed Methods International Conference, June 18-21, 2012 at the University of Leeds in England.
The pair will present their paper, Understanding How Personality Influences Leader's Information Preferences: A Mixed Methods Approach.
"We are conducting research concerning leader information preferences when making human capital investment decisions," Hare explained. "This study is an evolution of the work we do in the Human Capital Lab to support Bellevue University's education initiatives. We have worked through many of the technical and analytical challenges associated with measuring the organizational impact of human capital investments. We are now refining reporting procedures that allow leaders to better understand and apply the analytical results."
Leeds is located in north-central England and has a population of over 1.5 million.
"We will be busy with the conference, but look forward to exploring some of the historic sites around the city," Ware said.
