International Students Win Faculty Staff Scholarships at Bellevue University

Bellevue University faculty and staff contribute to the university in many ways. These essential investments continue supporting important BU initiatives including the construction of the new ESB and bookstore, resources for the athletic teams, library and technology, and annual scholarships to assist deserving and financially needy students to earn a degree to make a better life for themselves and their families. Several of our international students were awarded scholarships from the Faculty Staff Scholarship fund for the 2007-2008 academic year. The international student winners included, in alphabetical order: Samrat Adhikari; Farida Bello; Roxana Gombos; Kim Maya; Dianmadje Natoiallah; Lucy Nelson; Courage Noko; Ram Pathak; Afi-Du Waka. The countries represented were: Nepal, Nigeria, Romania, Zimbabwe, Chad, Bahamas and Democratic Republic of the Congo.
