The English as a Second Language (ESL) program at Bellevue University is outstanding. In our ESL program, we offer beginning through advanced level classes for undergraduate and graduate students. You will receive instruction in English grammar, vocabulary, composition, reading, listening, and speaking. Distinctive Features of the Bellevue University ESL Program
Undergraduate TOEFL scores are not required for admission. On your arrival at Bellevue University, we will give you an English language placement test to determine your English proficiency so that you will be placed in an appropriate ESL or ESP course. Countries Exempt from TOEFL Requirements Application Information The Bellevue University ESL program starts three times during the year - Fall (August), Spring (January) and Summer (June).
