International Students - Arrival Information

International Student Arrival Information Form
Please complete and submit the online International Student Arrival Information Form if you will need someone from Bellevue University to meet you at the airport.
Please note:  Bellevue University must receive your complete Arrival Information Form at least two (2) weeks before your arrival date in order to guarantee transportation service.
   
The following is a list of dates that transportation service will NOT be provided:

We must have all of the above information in order to make transportation arrangements.
   
We will make arrangements for a Bellevue University representative to meet you at the airport if we receive this form at least two weeks before your arrival.
 
   If we do not pick you up from the airport:
  • Make a reservation at the Best Western White House Inn located at 305 North Fort Crook Road, Bellevue, Nebraska 68005.
  • Call (402) 293-1600 to make a reservation.  Please ask the hotel about special University rates.
  • When you are ready to come to Bellevue University (it must be during a weekday), take a taxi at your own expense, or walk to Bellevue University.

Please Note:  If you do not have housing accommodations upon arrival, you will need to bring money to pay for stay at a local hotel at your own expense until you can secure housing arrangements.

After you submit your arrival information, please also register for New Student Orientation if you have not already done so.
