Deferral Program

Students may use the deferral option if they receive tuition assistance from organizations to include veteran education benefits. To utilize Bellevue University’s deferral program students must provide all applicable required documents. Bellevue University will defer payment of tuition and fees for 45 days from the end of class/session if approved.

Participation is voluntary and the terms and conditions of the deferral agreement are not contingent upon the receipt of a grade or reimbursement by the student’s tuition assistance provider. Under all circumstances, the student is solely responsible for all tuition and fees due. Enrollment in future classes/sessions may be impacted until all outstanding balances are paid in full. Deferral Authorizations are valid for 1 academic year (July 1 – June 30). It is the student’s sole responsibility to provide the deferral authorization on an annual basis.

If a student receives financial aid the balance owed to Bellevue University will be taken out of the financial aid disbursement prior to any refund.

To apply for Bellevue University’s deferral program using Corporate, Montgomery GI Bill, Post 911 or Top-up benefits, select the Deferral Authorization link below.
