Q. What does Instructional Technology Services do?
A. ITS provides support to all University faculty, staff and students. ITS keeps the University current with the latest and most feasible multimedia equipment and resources. ITS also produces, edits, duplicates, distributes and archives multimedia material.

Q. Who can request ITS support?
A. All University faculty and staff. Also students who are referred by faculty. Others on a case-by-case basis.

Q. Can you help me, my group or my class with audio-visual problems?
A. Most definitely! Click here for a list of services.

Q. Can you provide assistance for off-campus events?
A. In most cases involving faculty or staff, yes. For other requests it is possible, but approval is on a case-by-case basis.

Q. How do I purchase a copy of the graduation ceremony video?
A. Graduation ceremony videos may be purchased from the e-Services link in BRUIN. Under Graduation Events, click Commencement Video Order Form.
