ITS Contact Information
Instructional Technology Services
There is normally an ITS representative available on-campus from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday. All times are Central. ITS personnel can be made available at other times with reasonable prior coordination.
There are several ways to contact ITS. The urgency of the request, the type of request and the location of the requester will determine the best method of contact.
Web-based Work Request
To request equipment or services, use the Instructional Technology Services Request e-form link. This link is located on the BRUIN system and is available at the e-Services link. When using this e-form, verification copy will be sent to your e-mail address. Please be aware that this is just verification that the form has been received by ITS! You will also receive e-mail confirmation that the request will be filled. If the request cannot be filled, an explanation will be sent and attempts will be made to find a suitable substitute solution.
