Mailbox Quota

Most organizations set a maximum size limit for individual mailboxes. When your mailbox reaches its limit, you will be unable to send new mail until you delete some of the existing content in your mailbox. It is also possible that you will be unable to receive new mail, depending on the mailbox limits that are used by your organization.

To discover your mailbox limit - On campus

Go to File
Click on Info and Cleanup tools will display your mailbox size left.

To discover your mailbox limit - Off campus

In the navigation pane, click Mail.
Point to your name at the top of the Mail folder list.

A window appears that shows the current size of your mailbox and, if your system administrator has set limits, shows your mailbox limits, too.
