- Experience: I have been a full-time faculty member at Bellevue University since 1983. I also did some teaching at Michigan State University, as well as assisting with a parent education program in West Lafayette, IN during my graduate studies.

- Publications: I am currently writing a chapter to appear in an e-book entitled, "Developing and Promoting the Undergraduate Research Experience in Psychology."

- Research: I have sponsored over 35 student research papers presented at various state and regional student psychology conventions since 1990. I also serve as a reviewer for the Journal of Psychological Inquiry, one of only three referred journals devoted solely to publishing undergraduate research in psychology. My current research interests are in methods of teaching and assessing psychology. I have presented my work at both the Rocky Mountain Psychological Association annual meetings and at the Platte Valley Assessment Conference.
