The Bellevue University Bachelor of Science in Project Management is designed to prepare you to manage and lead project teams across a spectrum of business areas. By blending business and leadership principles with project management strategies and skills, our Project Management degree will enable you to build upon the expertise you've gained through your previous education and work experience and become a successful project management leader.
Bellevue University's Bachelor of Science in Project Management is one of only eight undergraduate programs in the country accredited by the Project Management Institute Global Accreditation Center for Project Management Education Programs (GAC). Accreditation confirms that our Project Management degree meets comprehensive quality standards and can prepare students for success in project management careers. In addition, Bellevue University’s degree is aligned with the core processes found in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), which is standard practice across the profession.
The Bachelor of Science in Project Management is also approved by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.). This means that each course within the program qualifies for professional development units (PDUs) to meet the continuing education requirements needed by PMI credential holders. Earning the R.E.P. designation demonstrates that Bellevue University has met or exceeded rigorous standards for quality and effectiveness as defined by PMI.

The Bellevue University Bachelor of Science in Project Management is offered in a cohort format will guides in real world experiences as a project manager and introduces the tools needed to develop and implement project management planning from both strategic and tactical perspectives. Upon successful completion you will be able to:
- Create project management plans using appropriate techniques and tools per the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close
- Prioritize project needs with regard to scope, resources, cost, schedules, and risks
- Examine the five project development process groups and nine knowledge areas within the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide
- Assess effective communication and leadership skills within various roles of an interdisciplinary project team
