The Nonprofit Management Program is designed to serve those currently in or interested in careers in the non-governmental nonprofit sector. Also included are the identification of philanthropic networks and grant development, financial management, strategic and project-based management and how the regulatory environment influences the design, structure and operation of the non-governmental, nonprofit organization.
The Nonprofit Management program contains four core courses and four courses which concentrate heavily in the field of study.
The first two courses of the core (Business Capitalism Core) provide skill development in the areas of advanced business communication, team building, social networking tools and developing applied business decision making skills including computer-based and data analysis skills.
