The Bellevue University Master of Project Management (MPM) provides a strong foundation of the communication and leadership skills needed to plan, execute and manage projects and portfolios in today's competitive global environments. You will expand your project management skills by learning relevant theories and applying them to real-world situations. The curriculum is aligned with the Project Management Institute's globally-recognized standards and covers key areas contained in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). In addition, you will work with instructors who have achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP)® designation and are actively working in the field.

During your coursework, you will learn how to initiate, plan, control and deliver projects within scope, schedule and budget constraints -- all while meeting the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Evaluating the fundamental concepts of team dynamics, virtual teams and multiculturalism will be your focus as you become proficient in managing projects that contribute to your organization’s strategic and business objectives. After successful completion of the Master of Project Management (MPM), you will be able to:
- Effectively assess and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Tackle issues relating to resources, stakeholders, global teams, and changing technology in an efficient manner.
- Create a positive team environment by running effective meetings, handling conflict, and guiding priorities in order to successfully complete projects on time and within budget.
- Apply quality management principles and standards to projects to insure employer and client satisfaction.
