The Master of Science in Marketing will prepare you to strategically determine the demand for products and services offered by an organization, identify potential customers, and recognize new market opportunities. You will gain knowledge and skills in key areas such as advertising and promotion using digital and traditional methods, and development of pricing strategies, with the goal of maximizing share of the market while ensuring customers are highly satisfied. In addition, you will practice and apply what you’ve learned to increase your abilities and your confidence, so that you’ll be prepared to take on new challenges.
This degree is offered in the cohort format. This means you’ll take one course at a time, either online or in class, one night a week. You’ll progress from start to finish with a tight-knit group of peers who each contribute unique professional backgrounds and experiences. And after registering for classes just once, you will have your entire degree plan laid out.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the field of marketing is predicted to have a 14% growth rate between 2010 and 2020, and is one of the seven fastest growing fields. Virtual marketing strategists and marketing research analysts are expected to see particularly vibrant growth.
Common jobs for someone with this type of degree include director of marketing, research analyst, and search marketing strategist. Individuals who have these types of jobs typically work in an office environment within corporations, non-profit organizations, or marketing agencies.
