Degree Overview

The Master of Science in Leadership and Coaching (MLC) program is designed to provide graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in an advanced leadership role. During the program, students will engage in the discussion, critique and application of leadership theories, advanced organizational behavior, team dynamics, and strategic leadership. At the start of the program, students are encouraged to take either MLC640: Leadership Theories and Research or MLC 643: Social Psychology of Leadership. Upon completion of the program, students will have earned an additional Certificate of Completion in Executive Coaching.
