Congratulations! You have worked hard to complete your educational journey and we are proud of you. The Commencement Ceremony is the official celebration of your success, and a time for you to share this achievement with your family and friends.

We understand not everyone is able to attend the ceremony held in Omaha. The following information provides the process for conferral of your diploma, regardless of your participation in the ceremony.

Conferral information for all graduates.

The University issues diplomas at the end of every month. Once you have completed all degree requirements, you will receive an email from Student Records confirming this. You will then be directed to BRUIN, where you can complete the “Diploma Order Form.” You should expect to receive notification from Student Records within two to four weeks of completing your degree requirements. Once this form has been completed and received in Student Records, the diploma will be ordered and mailed to you in approximately 8-9 weeks.
