Ed Lehotak enters his eleventh year at Bellevue University. In Ed's ten years as head coach, he has compiled a record of 379-187 (.670), won or shared the Regular Season and/or the Post-Season Conference Tournament 8 times, and has qualified for the Regional Tournament 9 out of 10 years. During that time Bellevue has also qualified for the NAIA National Tournament twice.

Coach Lehotak attributes the team's success to the quality student-athletes that have come to Bellevue University. The philosophy is to try and be the best you can be and never give in to either yourself, or the opposing team. Coach Lehotak feels that as long as Bellevue is successful with having high caliber players, the success of the program will continue.
