Bellevue University requires an approved tuition assistance form indicating you are eligible to receive tuition assistance.

By selecting this option you are agreeing to furnish Bellevue University Student Accounts Department the approved tuition assistance authorization on or at the time of registration.

• Once the military tuition assistance is credited to your account, the balance owed (if any) will fall under the policies of the Deferred Payment Plan.
