All Bellevue University students are required to complete and submit an online Application for Graduation. The following “Graduation Application Procedure” is applicable:
A student will be allowed to participate in only one ceremony. If a student plans to change or take additional courses other than those listed on the pregraduation review, students must notify their advisor. Advisors are responsible for verifying the status of student's with the use of the Bellevue University academic history as well as other documents, which are received.
Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 as an undergraduate or 3.0 as a graduate at Bellevue University to apply for graduation. To graduate, students must complete all requirements during a session which ends before the conferral date for which they apply, i.e., registration in Winter Evening courses do not count toward the January conferral because the session ends after the conferral date. Those failing to complete their requirements within the time limit must reapply for graduation at a future date. The student must clear all obligations to the University prior to graduation. No diplomas will be issued before the Bellevue University Board of Directors confers the degrees for which the student has applied
