Our primary focus is on the adult learner. We understand the requirements of work, family and study. That is why we offer a wide variety of curriculum and media options to help you get the degree you desire in as little time as necessary.

Students can transfer undergraduate credits from a variety of sources, including corporate training and development courses, military training, previous college credit, and certification programs. Bellevue University also is proud to partner with Western Nebraska Community College - allowing students to apply their full 2-year associate's degree toward a 4-year bachelor's degree.

The following programs are designed to work around your schedule and will help you provide immediate impact to both your needs and Cabela's.

General Business Management and Leadership:

Cabela's is expanding rapidly; requiring managers who are strategic thinkers and can move into your expanding market place.

Bachelor's Degrees:
Business
The Bachelor of Science in Business program prepares students with the management and leadership skills and methods to make the modern organizations run as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Students gain the communication, analytical and leadership skills, and knowledge to perform successfully in a wide variety of management positions in both public and private organizations.

Examples include positions as systems or business process analysts/administrators, office managers, production supervisors, and sales managers.

The program is designed to allow seamless entry into Bellevue University´s Master of Business Administration program.

Leadership
The Bachelor of Science in Leadership provides students with the skills and knowledge needed to enhance their ability to lead in their chosen field.

Graduates of the program work in a wide variety of public and private organizations, and are uniquely positioned to move up quickly with their leadership skills. The program examines leadership in a variety of contexts - historical, ethical, political, professional, psychological, emotional, personal, and organizational.

The Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management prepares students to assume a leadership role in marketing virtually any organization.

Master's Degrees:
Business Administration (MBA)
The Master of Business Administration (MBA), residential and online, covers the tools and methods required to run a business.

The MBA concentration provides the MBA student with an opportunity to focus their studies in a specialized business area of interest.

The program requires 36 graduate-level credit hours to complete the degree.

Master of Arts in Leadership
In the Master of Arts in Leadership (MLDR) cohort program, students utilize critical thinking skills to study leadership theories and philosophies in relation to their personal and professional lives, their organizations, and the world around them.

The student's ultimate goal of this graduate degree is to develop and recognize their own unique style, role, and general philosophy of leadership in preparation for assuming a leadership role in their organizations and communities, as well as in society.

Typically, students enter the MLDR program because they have an interest in the human side of the organizational equation more than the numbers side.

The accelerated Master of Arts in Management (MAM) degree program prepares students to become outstanding managers and enhance their management skills to increase organizational effectiveness.

Transportation:

To support Cabela's growth logistically we recommend a Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management-originally designed for Union Pacific Railroad-but now used by large retail companies that know and understand the vital role of transportation in meeting consumer demand. This degree is complemented at the Master's level with a concentration in Supply Chain Management.

Logistics Management
One of the first college degree programs to offer leading-edge thinking about logistics and supply chain management, the Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management provides students with the background they need to take the lead in this dynamic field.

The coursework for the 36-credit hour major includes specific, relevant topics like Global Logistics Management, Current Issues in Transportation Logistics, and Supply Chain and Inventory Management. It also includes general management courses designed to give logistics managers insight and input into corporate leadership decision.

Students use Real Mastery projects to gain a hands on understanding of skills they will use in their careers.

Master's Degrees:
Masters of Business Administration with a Supply Chain Management Concentration
Companies of all types are interested in individuals who have solid business skills, decision-making capabilities and a good understanding of the latest information technology developments. They are looking for leaders who have the confidence and capability to bring new ideas in the search for greater organization efficiency. As part of the MBA program, students can complete the Supply Chain Management concentration.

This concentration involves the integration of business processes across organizations, from material sources and suppliers through manufacturing and processing to the final customer. The concentration provides the student with an understanding of the role that the supply chain provides in enterprise competitiveness and overall strategy.

Cabela's Custom Degrees:

The Organizational Systems Management (OSMG) can be specialized to the needs of Cabela's. It is a fully accredited 36 hour accelerated bachelor's degree program-comprised of 18 hours of standard OSMG coursework and 18 hours of customized coursework. There is a complementary Masters of Science in Organizational and Performance Management (MSOP) that also allows for the flexibility of electives (18 hours) to meet the needs of Cabela's.
