Q: Is financing available?
A: Bellevue University offers a host of resources to advance your college education, including scholarships and grants, loans, and work study programs to those who qualify. Additional forms of aid include employer educational assistance programs, military assistance, a BU deferred payment plan, home equity lines of credit or loans, and IRA withdrawal.

Most student applicants receive financial aid. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic achievement and financial need.

Q. How does Bellevue University's accelerated degree completion program work?
A: If you have earned your associate's degree or about 60 credit hours, you can complete your bachelor's degree in as little as 15 months.

Q. What if I don't have 60 credit hours?
A. If you have fewer than 60 credit hours, we'll help you earn what you need to start an accelerated degree completion program as quickly as possible. We begin by reviewing types of learning you already have. This can include military service, corporate training, and college credits from other regionally-accredited colleges. Much of this learning can be counted as credit toward your Bellevue University degree program. Other sources of credit include CLEP, Dantes and other for-credit examinations, as well as professional certifications and licenses. Bellevue University students can also earn college credit for what they know through our ELA (Experiential Learning Assessment) program. With the ELA program, students can earn academic credit for the knowledge they have from work, outside activities and life experiences. The best way to see how many credits you already have is to talk with a Bellevue University Enrollment Counselor.
