    What are the technical requirements for Online courses?
    I have registered for class and cannot login.
    I have registered for class within 7 days of class starting and cannot login.
    I cannot or have not received e-mails from my instructor or other students.
    My e-mail address does not show up in the student roster.
    I have to login twice to Cyberactive.
    I cannot print assignments.
    I cannot open attachments.
    I cannot find course evaluation.
    I cannot get to the login page.
    I cannot access groups.

    A: The student will have access 7 days prior to the start of class.

    Q: I have registered for class within 7 days of class starting and cannot login. [ back to top ]
    A: The student must wait at least 24 hours before trying to login to class.

    Q: I cannot or have not received e-mails from my instructor or other students.   [ back to top ]
    A: Student will need to change e-mail address in personal information in the student tools area.

    Q: My e-mail address does not show up in the student roster.   [ back to top ]
    A: Student will have to go to student tools area, personal information, and set privacy options. The e-mail box in the first section needs to be checked.

    Q: I have to login twice to Cyberactive.   [ back to top ]
    A: The student has Cyberactive login page set to favorites as http://cyberactive.bellevue.edu/webapps/login . It needs to be changed to http://cyberactive.bellevue.edu .The student needs to enter through the page with the login and information buttons.

    Q: I cannot print assignments.   [ back to top ]
    A: Student can copy and paste the assignment into a blank Word document and print from there.

    Q: I cannot open attachments.   [ back to top ]
    A: Student must right-click and save attachment to desktop and open from there.

    Q: I cannot find course evaluation.   [ back to top ]
    A: Student must enroll into the course evaluation area. After typing in college (cps,itc,ccc,cob), student must click on the enroll button to the right.

    Q: I cannot get to the login page.   [ back to top ]
    A: Student is trying to go to www.cyberactive.... The student does not need to use the WWW.

    Q: I cannot access groups.   [ back to top ]
    A: The instructor has not enrolled any of the students into the groups area.
