FAQ & Answers
How do I get started?
Review our Web site for complete program information and then submit
your completed application form. For additional
information, contact one of our admissions counselors at online-u@bellevue.edu
(undergraduate) or online-g@bellevue.edu(graduate)
What does my TOEFL score need to be to enter Bellevue University?
TOEFL scores of 500 are needed for direct entry to the University by international students.
Students with lower scores are encouraged to complete studies in the
English language to improve their proficiency and to be able to successfully
complete the courses. All courses are offered in the English language.
May I attend this program and maintain my current workload?
Most students are employed full time. The programs are demanding,
however. Students are advised to limit outside time commitments and
some students decrease other activities during the year.
Will my degree indicate that it was earned online?
No. Diplomas and transcripts show course numbers, grades, and the
name of the degree, not how or where the courses were completed. The
diplomas show that you have earned a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, or
a Master's degree.
How much does a program cost?
Consult our Tuition and Fees pages for cost.
How can I afford this program?
Tuition costs are kept low and students may use corporate tuition
reimbursement, scholarships, payment plans, and financial aid for
obtaining the necessary funds. Military students may use
military tuition assistance and VA assistance.
Is Bellevue University accredited?
Bellevue University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and a member of
the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCACS). The NCACS is one of the six
regional accrediting agencies recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
